Region:
- Begin on I-5
and go South.
- Exit I-5 via
ramp at sign reading "CA-4 E to Fresno Avenue and CA-99"
and go East for 1.2 miles.
- Continue on
Lafayette St and go East for 400 feet.
- Turn left on
El Dorado St and go North for 1.5 miles.

From Southern
Region:
- Begin on CA-99
